I know alot of couples ask me about this.
Its hard. They are really tour guides. You jump on they take you to designated areas in the park and give you a tour. Thats it. They arent allowed outside of the park and they are not taxis that can take you anywhere in the city.I know some movies you can see them being used almost as taxis, but its not the case.
Also good to know is that even if you did take a tour not all the venues we use for the weddings are accessible via carriages. Also if a driver is convinced then expect to pay 3 to 4 times as much as a normal tour.
If you really really want a carriage ride then we will see how we can get it done even if they take you only half way. 🙂
